Installing EGT/Boost Gauge in different truck?

Installing EGT/Boost Gauge in different truck?
I have a DiProcol EGT and Boost Pressure gauge set that I took out of my '01 3500 HO. A friend wants them, but we are wondering if there are any issues or problems with installing them in a '03 2500 (Other than a new pillar/pod)?
