The engine is 3/4 of a 6.0 liter Powerstroke. 
I can't decide which is a worse idea, the GM 6.5 or a chopped Powerstroke. Can't get far off road if the engine won't run.

That's one ugly truck. I wonder if their new engine is any better than the 6.0 joke they sold F*rd? When I took a second look at the details, why use an MDT platform with a light-duty engine?

You've got to be kidding. While I really don't care for H1s, they at least have better ground clearance. Try and take it anywhere tougher than a fire trail, and you'll be dragging or scrapping something the whole way.

I prefer the Unimog. Another fine product by Daimler. Btw, the Unimog is built as a wildland firefighting unit. We had them in Wyoming and Montana.
