Gov. surplus Cummins engines
They have to de-mil everything now unless it can be certified and that takes more money that the agencies don't have.
I've been dealing with the DRMO system for over twenty years now both as a military user and private citizen. I bought 4 pallets of jeep and made one usable vehicle with lots of spares. (total cost w/ truck to haul it $250) I also just lost out on a running pole setter truck by 1 dollar. Both were from MOTB which is closed and I think Mechanicsburg is the closest to NYC now.
the problem is the lawyers. If you bought that engine and it blew a rod because you way over boosted it The gov is still responsible. That engine probably was either tested bad or over max hours.

They go for more but as long as you read the whole thing you can find gold. about 6 months ago they had a lot of crated tank motors. You never know what will show up.
