A common response to this is going to be, "Hey, he bought a truck with X amount of miles, it is NOT a new truck"
If he advertized it as having just 3000 miles on the engine then that is a smoking gun in court. SUE!

Well I am meeting with a lawer and we are going to go over all the paper I have and see if we can bulid a case (which we can easy). The PO is haveing trouble finding a recipt in that he ahsnt returned my calls and e-mails. So now we have a paper trail that shows we have given him an opertunity to make things right. Our only problem is getting him to pay. We are not sure what happens if we win, we think it just puts a lean on his credit. I guess he cant buy that house he wanted to get with the truck money. Oh well I guess it is just a waiting game now.

If you gat a money judgement against him you can go after his bank account, the cash register in his business his paycheck or pretty much any other asset he has.

As much as I hate our society's general letigiousness, I'd say legal action may be your best bet.

Your owe it to the PO (imo) to give him a chance to make it right.

If he refuses, then "unleash the hounds".

Oh, and have Scheid do EVERYTHING they thing should be done. You already have it apart and are having to spend big bucks. Go all the way and don't look back. If you want more performance, now is the time to do it-- marine pistons, 370s, etc etc...
