I remember afther the sept 11 attack. Everyone was like omg fuels gonna shoot up to 4 something a gallon then everyone quit driving for a few days and the price dropped from 1.30 something and gota low of .89 cents. only problem i remember was when the price of gas dropped diesel only dropped a bit. never did figure that one out.

There we go. Everyone for one darn day stop driving! Then well have a surplus

Well, diesel's back up to 1.719 from 1.699 last week but I did fill up with unleaded for 1.509.

It's sick that a buck and a half a gallon would make a person smile.

I paid 1.99 yesterday I was so happy yet that statement seems so sad when I was paying 1.45 last year. Anybody hear how opec is going to reduce production by a million barrels a day next quarter to increase their profits sorry if I just ruined your day by telling you that might want to stock up on fuel now I keep a reserve at the homestead above ground tank with 12volt fueler

I look at it in a differant way. We are paying for a war I tell you. Look at all the diesel powered trucks/hummers, tanks, ships and any other diesel powered vehicles in the war. When we use allot of fuel even if its for our own troops the price go's up. I really think that the cost at the pump is because of all the fuel we are using overseas.

What do you think of that? I mean really when did you ever see the cost of #2 over the cost of premium gas?

I am also not happy with the cost of fuel but I really believe this is the reason our fuel is costing so much more.

Just my .02 cents.

Wonder if it is mere coincidence that the prices started dropping as soon as the elections were over?
