Exhaust Brake (Smartbrake)

I am interested in installing an exhaust brake and have pretty much settled on the Smartbrake. I have a buddy that currently uses the Smartbrake on his Dodge Ram and he loves it. He said there is no comparison to the other exhaust brakes. I know that an air compressor and tank are required, which adds to the cost. Before I purchase a Smartbrake, I wanted to know if anyone else has the Smartbrake or have even heard of it. It sounds good but you never know.

You sure haven't gotten any bites yet, but looking at their website, it is sure confusing. I'm not sure which unit(s)would work. Looks like the theory behind it's operation is good, but I am not an expert.

Looks good in their examples but the installation looks to be a bear. Also not sure it could be mounted on the turbo as they recommend due to space limitations.
