Hello all,
Just a thought, some have questioned about shutting down while fueling. I should clarify that where I live; there are also gasoline pumps side by side with the diesel. It's almost always the gasoline pumps where there's fire but lets lead by example. Take fire out of the equation, now you have a hazardous materials spill, GUYS (woman too) that alone is a good reason to shut down. You’re all smart and don't need me going on about the environment. (Stepping off the soap box) My issue with the fuel splashing out.... the reason may just be because of where I cut in the return line for the Fass pump, just a thought. To each his own, just drive it like you stole it!

I turn mine off for the same reason I wont fill up while they are dumping from a tanker into the main tank. Any contamiments that are in either tank are being mixed up and will clog your filter/be pumped into your tank.
Just my 3 cents.

I suppose you could do the bigger stock tank the midship tank and a inbed tank, is this what you thinkin because if you do stacks with a inbed tank you are not goin to have to much of a bed but of course you really don't have much anyway. Oh Oh I know you could put a tank in your backseat.

If I take my Dad's 6.2 and have to get it filled, I will leave it run and pump my fuel. I run in a pay for it and I end up BSing with the station owner for awhile, the whole time the truck is running. If I go to fill up my truck(gas) I will shut it down and start it back up after I am done and go pay for it and BS with the owner for awhile.
This Gas station is in a small town, 3 gas pumps,1 Diesel,1 Offroad. Its a very small station, just a little "office" area to pay and a service bay with the original pit from when it was first built(way way back) If I go into the big town I shut off the truck no matter what.

Sorry, it was directed at the wrong guy.
Once again, how will this be different without pumping the fuel in?
