Sound like a good deal for everybody, especially Cummins,since they can better standardize products for a world economy, not 131 or whatever different countries. Europe already has ULSD fuel and I would guess some of the Asian countries also. Can't happen soon enough!

Cummins is the first to offer a 2.5 gm engine for the emission changes due shortly. Right now it's only offered on the ISX series. Cat and DD had to ask for extentions to meet the deadline.

Caveat: I agree that ULSD is a good thing.
However, what does this paragraph from the Cummins link say?
"This summit of leaders has provided us the opportunity to align our thinking and coalesce our efforts to enable an increasingly significant global economy." Loughrey added.
What kind of person (other than politicians) talks like that? Or does it come from some corporate-speak, buzz-word generation machine?
Twenty four words that say absolutely nothing.
