Bosch VE IP Dual Throttle Return Springs
I’m Changing the throttle shaft o-ring and bushing on a Bosch VE Pump (VW 1.6 NA Diesel). Throttle levers are indexed, fuel pressure screw marked and measured with digital caliper. The only issue stopping me from removing the Governor cover is those 2 Big Green Throttle Return Springs, any info on how to remove and reinstall them correctly would be appreciated. One post I found said to tie them together with a zip tie’s as you remove them to keep them in correct alignment. Will post photos once I figure out how to do it on this site. Thanks Randy |
