It seems like TST sells a plug-in module for the Deere's, you might try there.

Re:bombing a john deer

A 5410 still has a mechanical injection pump, any good Deere mechanic should be able to turn the pump up some for a little more power. A good friend of mine has a 5400 4x4 that is 75hp. Had the dealer turn it up a touch to run a big round bailer.

DB

Naw I was just kiddin with ya also. I don't really care becayse I run the old IH now the new caseIH. Reason for this is because there is no JD dealer around me. But I'm still kinda attached to RED
DM01

RED is the only way to go. Trust me.

As far as more power for the Deere, you can turn the pump up. Not to much on that series though. They are bad about blowing lines and over heating. Sorry :'(

Re:bombing a john deer

When I was working at the local Deere dealership, for the summer. They got a letter from the Deere headquaters that said by new EPA laws, no personnel was aloud to touch the fuel delivery systems on diesel tractors in the means of trying to get more power out of them (aka turing the pump up). Funny thing was, when they got the letter and was reading it, a guy in the shop was turning up a new 5420. But it can be done, but dont go crasy with it when turning it up.
