I'll have to view it from home, as the SaltMine's network chokes or blocks some video attributes. I could get it to boot and tell me I should watch the whole video but that's as far as I could get it to "move" .

You already know everything that they are going to say in the video- - - -dont waste your time Let someone that has already wasted there's tell you what it is all about! MAINTENANCE- - - - -it is one of the most boring video's that I have ever seen. I did notice that at the VERY END when the Truck is pulling away from the lake scene that the driver gives it a little throttle and kicks up some dirt!! FORD is sending false information with that shot! The Tail Pipe deal with the dual exhaust tips and all the holes in it is BS- - - -that is just something that Ford is going to use against there buyers for Warranty (VOID) claims.

It seems that you need a to get the recalls taken care of, along with a reflash or 10 to get the ford diesel video to run correctly. I know, I know, its not all the ford diesel videos that dont play, just a select few. My cousins, uncles, best friend, sisters, ex husbands, neighbors ford diesel video plays almost everytime he wants to watch it.

My cousin is a ford diesel tech and is getting his 6.4 training right now, he was saying that the holes at exaust tips are there to cool it down a lot because supposedly it's extremely hot . Thats what the training sessions have told him anyways, Maybe it is pointless and just a way for ford to void warranties .

It's VERY cold here today, so it took 3 tries to get the F**D video started (but I had to use a shot of ether ); it idled fine for a few minutes, but ran so slowly I had to shut it down... do you guys think I should take it to the dealer? I used a wireless network, so I'm afraid my warranty might be shot!

p.s. I liked the tailgate step, but I fabricated 2 fold-down SS & 6061 steps for the tailgate of my '98 Ram, and didn't have to pay $50K for them.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Too much electronic and emissions crap on it now. I love my all mechanical 12V more than ever right now. (No, I didn't kiss it).
