As far as Dyno day is concerned, I need a few things to happens. First off, we are looking at Battle Ground in Smyrna on S Atlanta Rd. Price was quoted at $55 for three runs per truck. He is booked until sometime in Jan, but the longer we wait, the further it gets pushed back. To ensure that this is going to go down as planned, I need to get a feel for who is actually going to show. To complete this task I am asking that we get the money up front so that it can be paid in full to the shop and we will have a date secured. I will get with the Dyno owner and find out what is available and then I will need some commitment from those that are intending to participate. Let me hear from you, and dont complain unless you have a solution to suggest.

...ROFLMAO...Just kidding!.....I will still donate whatever is needed as far as food goes.

Plan is to have a quick December meet in the next two weeks or so and collect money. Deal is, if you dont show for the Dec meet to put cash in the pot, and there arent ten trucks, then I cant reserve the dyno.

First question, does the shop require payment in full prior to the date in order to secure the date or is there a deposit option? Not that I don't trust you but it's hard for me to just hand over moeny to someone I don't know. And I have a buddy who would like to join. I'd also be handing money over for him as well.
Can a date be secured and then we call the shop up and give them our credit card info or whatever by a deadline we have established? Then you don't have to handle everyones money. Post up on here when confrimed and then we all know who to get after if they have not called yet.
Basically it would be nice to pay the shop directly rather than passing money though other people. I'm sure after I get to know you guys I'll be thinking why was I even concerned.

for the dec meet, can we do this on a sunday? i think it would be better cause typically every1 has sundays off.... or atleast most people do....

I am up for any suggestions on how to handle the money. The main reason for an upfront payment was to ensure those that "say" they are coming actually show up because they have already committed financialy. However it is handled will be up front and honest. The shop does not require payment before hand. Lets hash this out on here so when we do meet it will all be kosher with everyone. As far as when we meet, it will be tight for me as I have drill weekend this weekend and I am taking the Harley BRC next weekend then family in town the following Friday. I will drop off cash to Len or something if I cant make the meet. I will call Battleground right now and find out when their next available weekend is and post so everyone can give inputs.

So here we go. Mike is the point of contact at Battleground ph # 770-319-9605. The 19th and the 26th of January are still open. You can call and pay over the phone but they are discussing the price and are getting back to me. I did tell them that I was quoted $55 for three pulls. Min 10 trucks not more than 20. Duallies have to pull outside tire. They do not use exhaust hoses they just use fans so no issues with big tips. They started to say something about hooking up the reader on the harmonic balancer, but I am going to make sure they stay as close to the quoted price as possible. He did say that, and I was wrong before, he needs payment in full for all trucks NLT the 5th of January so we will have to sort that out. Once I get a hard number for the price we can say yes or no. That is what I have so far and will keep everyone posted as it comes to me. Any questions I need to throw at them?

mike is a cool cat! he has a bad assss 240sx with TONS of power, he came from mainstream performance and knows his stuff!!! as do all the guys up at batlground!!! i have trusted them to do work on my supra and know alot of people who go there.... they have a top notch facility and crew!!
