WMO and a milky/ cloudy texture

I have about 15 gallons of WMO and It has a cappuccino like color to it. I was told that it was mixed with transmission fluid. If it had water/coolant it it, then it should separate out. Anybody else seen this before?

Sounds like it has either water, or coolant, or something else undesirable mixed in there. I do burn WMO myself, but I don't think I'd touch the stuff you're describing.

Most likely contaminated with rusty antifreeze/water. One of the major problems with waste oil. I agree, stay away from this stuff.

I may mix some tranny fluid and some WMO together and see if I get something similar. If not i'll just toss it. Thanks for the responses.

It has water in it. Been running WMO for years and mixed it with all types of oils, still stays black.

Luckily one of the 5 gallon drums is pitch black so I'm filtering that as we speak. It was out of my roommates oil catch tank for our car lift so i'm sure its caught its fair share of coolant. I'll drain that sucker from the bottom and insight a no antifreeze rule.
