You may have already seen this but I just saw it for the first time this morning and found it amusing to think that Willie Nelson is into biodiesel manufacturing. What will he get into next?

I think he's been paid up since the late 90's, it's just a popular thing to still fault him for it.
Funny thing is that during the auctions a lot of his friends were buying his stuff and giving it back to him. (I think)

And as far as the people that fault him for some of the stuff he does, hes Willie, he can do whatever he wants...

Jay--That biodiesel sounds like a miracle fluid for diesels. So I suppose the cost per gallon will be comparable to regular #2 diesel. I read the article but saw no mention of cost per gallon. Thanks-Ray

I dont like most of his politics. (Way to liberal) But, Helping American farmers is a great thing .(Farmaid and biodiesel) If I could get his fuel I would sure buy it. Living between Corpus and Houston isnt the greatest place to get biodiesel. They only want to sale the stuff from the Petrochem plants.

I was at the Carls Corners Truckstop in Texas on the 4th of July.
Willie was there doing a show and promo.
SOMEONE put some MAJOR bucks in that little mudhole.
Big fancy stage, big fancy video truck, sat feed setup, the works!
BUT at the time I was there you couldn't even get a cup of coffee, the place
was packed to the rafters. People everywhere, motor homes, Big Rigs, tractor
pull across the road. To beat it all ... it was only 100* in the shade.
