Water as Fuel

Did anyone see the banner at the top of the page about how to increase gas mileage? I clicked on it and it took me to this site where a guy has invented a process to turn water into safe HHO gas....He uses it in a welder/torch and in his car....There is even a link to a FOX news story video that they did about it. Apparently he is negotiations with the US Government and a US automaker.....Quite interesting...It would change the entire world if it takes off. And it is safe.

"fuel savings up to 70%" Keep the fifty bucks and think more about how to do more with less. That idea has been around for quite some time, there's a commercial outfit that already makes these systems for the big trucks. The only thing is it takes more energy to produce than it releases.

Well, there are several things wrong here. The units sold here do not make Browns gas. I have the books on Browns Gas, also known as Rhodes gas, and the unit in the second advertisement (which looks like the first advertisement) is a single cell unit, not a series cell needed to make Browns Gas.

The unit in the fourth advertisement is also a single cell unit made with Mason jars. Glass is a big no-no with oxyhydrogen. This stuff burns very fast and the glass will become shrapnel with just the slightest spark.

What these units do is make a LITTLE hydrogen and a LOT of heat. That's what happens when you put 13.5 volts in a single cell unit.
This has been talked about in several threads.

If you are interested in building a hydrogen generator here is a seres cell design for free. You will still need a bubbler or flash back arrestor. http://www.stickittoopec.com/Series%20Cell.pdf
But first do some research and get a good understanding of what is going on. This stuff can hurt you if you mess up. Here are a few sites that deal with this.
