Waste oil/perfromance

I put a gallon of WMO in a full 35 gallon tank on my cummins and this is what I noticed: better power, less smoke off a start under heavier than previous throttle/smoke threshold and smoother/a tad quieter.

Is it possible the waste oil INCREASES the fuel cetaine? Or in some other way ADDS power?

I'm not interested in another debate re pros and cons of using WMO.

Thanks

Big Jimmy

All the floating waste byproducts from the combustion process from the engine in which it was drained from, have now been superheated and chemically bonded to the rings cylinders of your Cummins. This has increased the sealing ability of your engine exponentially. Which has increased the pumping ability exponentially. You now have the secret of free H.P.

Yup, the sky is falling...

I'm not interested in another pros/cons debate here. Do you have some facts concerning my original questions?
BTW, what happens to that blow-by oil, (even if its a little) that gets into the cylinders when you've got 5k on the oil? OOOh Nooooo! waste by products. Somehow engines perfectly keep that oil out?
Witchery. Black Magic. Second-hand knowledge.

I noticed the noise reduction too- but I am running a bigger dose. I am thinking the power issue is not an issue until you over-do your dose- then you lose power in my opinion. Just a matter of finding what your rig will handle. My 6.2 Chev doesn't take much oil and it is even MORE of a turd than before

wmo if dino oil, has more btu's per gallon/pound. so you will notice more power. and with a thickening agent in the fuel, the fuel will help your engine make less noise.
