used motor oil to diesel

I heard some people were making fuel from used motor oil has any one heard this if so how

Some are just filtering the used motor oil and pouring it into the tank. About 2 gallons per tank.

look up black diesel .but for what its worth I have a friend thats running 50% hydraulic oil through a 2 micron filter then running it . so far so good
