Understanding of Biodiesel’s Dilution Effect to engien oil
This web page has some info about how Post Injection & Bio can dilute engine oil and cause engine wear http://biodieselmagazine.com/article...2290&q=&page=1
When are these engineers going to catch on that burning more fuel is not going to make things better .
As the systems evolve , they are less able to handle a variety of fuels .
Get rid of common rail , use more bio diesel , that will clean up the emissions , use less foreign , keep money here , not fund enemies .

yeah, makes me glad I have an old mechanical setup with no emissions junk on it to break or interfere with alternative fueling. What a pain these newer setups are. Too many sensors and too much emissions and computer stuff built-in.
Lower cost of ownership with the old designs. IMO.
Higher injection pressure is a good idea because of better atomization and the possibility of higher cylinder pressures, but it complicates alternative fuels too.
Fuel wash-down can be a concern with bad injectors or alternative fuels with higher viscosity as well.
You can always keep an eye on your oil by having it analyzed. Or you can just change it often. If you have fuel contamination you should see it on the dipstick if its bad.
