My last two tanks here in Montana have been Cenex brand ULSD with 20% bio.
I haven't noticed any difference, mpgs are within the usual range.
May have been running it even longer, I talked with the tanker driver filling the tanks, he said they had been delivering ULSD for about two months but couldn't label it such until the tanks had been flushed.

Have you noticed any difference with the exhaust fumes ? Less soot ? Less noxious/pungent smell ??

Not really, the bio tends to mask the exhaust anyways.
I sort of know what you're getting at though, I quit running #1/#2 blend in the tractors in winter years ago because the fumes bothered me.
This ULSD doesn't seem to have that "bite" but to tell you the truth I haven't spent much time in the exhaust plume.

I just bought some, labeled as ULSD, yesterday in Cullman, AL. It's the first I've ever seen of it. I'm sure it'll spread as tanks get flushed.

I saw my first yellow "ULSD" sticker on a diesel pump Saturday in West, Texas on I-35, south of the DFW area.
It was a yellow oval label with a notice at the bottom that a brochure was available from the cashier on the particulars of ULSD. I was in a hurry and we were travelling in my wifes minivan so no time to inquire..

The only new stickers I have seen on #2 pumps down here is the black "Don't put this in 2007 vehicles" stickers.
