Removing water from Hydro Oil

I have a large continuous supply of hyrdo oil but the waste hyrdo oil has water in it from sitting in a tank. I have been told that the water will not seperate to the bottom like WMO if it is "emulsified" in the WHO. If someone who has experience could chime in and tell me if this is true or not it would be appreciated. I am also looking for a good way to dewater large quantities (100 gallons a week). I have heard you can heat it up and evaporate it off but not sure the best approach for this. I am planning on running this in a 50/50 mixture with diesel if I can get the water out and filter it down to 2 microns. Thanks in advance!

You should be able to boil it out. Not sure it would be cost effective. Is it hydraulic oil or a hydraulic/transmission fluid? I wouldn't try burning it except to get to the nearest fuel pump if a hyd/trans fluid.
