Why bother posting it here?
Go to www.gasbuddy.com to see the lowest and highest prices for gas and diesel plus the address of the stations in any city or state.

Nice sentiment, but this thread will never really work/help many people since the site has people from so many areas. IF you guys live near major cities, you can type in the name of the city and gasprices.com after it. For example www.clevelandgasprices.com has a daily updated listing of the cheapest gas stations all around the city. You can select smaller cities that are more rural, you just have to get to the site from your closest major city first. Basically get to the site, and then near the top left lick Diesel Fuel. It will show you 10-20 of the local cheapest diesel prices. Happy hunting!

Because there's a lot of folks that don't post on, or don't read gasbuddy.com.

Exactly - gasbuddy I believe is the parent site to xxxxgasprices.com sites. Shovelhead, I admire the thought, but this is not going to be effective, and is just going to turn into another one of the million 'price of diesel in your area' threads It would be better if you just posted a sticky to gasbuddy.com...

With that 20 I get back I could also buy a lot of ground beef for burgers...or a roast and make a Philly cheese steak.

2.73 a gal here at shell. 2.72 at the down town place that has one pump and is directly over a huge puddle. Makes me wonder about water in fuel (i.e. not a very good fueling spot)
