Name your $/gallon
Cheapest #2 in town is $4.27
Back to the original post for this thread, Name what I would Like to pay,
I think If all the taxes period came out it would be great, of Course the .15-.18 permanant raise for ULSD could go away as well, I say let us all run red for a while, ( thats is us older motors
) All your poor 6.7 guys would be out of luck!
I would like to pay what it costs to bring a product ( ie - gallon of fuel) to market minus govt. interference (wich has poor results, I might add)
After all inflation is a factor, but govt has the ability to allow use of un tapped domestic supplies, and cut taxes. De regulating refiners etc....
Thats a world I would be proud to fill up in!
Thats my .05
D-C out!

IMHO as long as the oil companies keep exporting up to 500,000 barrels of diesel per day the price we pay will remain higher then gas. Also if they keep exporting diesel, diesel inventory's will remain low and inventory can't be built back up to lower the price back down to or below gas prices due to the exporting of diesel fuel. We can blame the EPA tree hugger's for ULSD and why our diesel fuel can now be exported to the EU and other ULSD countries where it could not when it was 500 ppm LSD.
