Yeah... the point is the price is coming down!!! Great... I actuall was able to fill up the other day for $100!!! I was @1/4 tank and fuel was $4.19/gal in Columbia, MS on August 9th.....

When I went to fill mine Murphy had it for $4.13 so I went up the street to get it for $4.12. When i left town 45 minutes later Murphy had dropped its price down to $4.08.

Diesel $ 3.999 /gallon

Yesterday 8/17 Cheveron at TX hwy 6 & kieth harrow rd. $3.999.

Yeah they are coming down still. Found it for 4.23 in the bay area, which is amazing!

I'm glad the price is droping, but I won't be happy until it's somewhere below $2/gal... and I still don't believe it should be more than $1.50!!!

price of a barrel of oil

Dose anyone remember what the price of deisel at the pump was when it was going up and it reach the currant price of a barrel of oil??

Here our diesel dropped to 4.61. Regular is 4.95.

Dropped, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA that funny, man sometimes I crack myself up...

But you're wrong about supply and demand... The demand in America has gone down over the last quarter and cost went up... Now instead of the price falling significantly it slowly waivers.

Problem is, as demand falls instead of the price falling, supply falls... Keeping the price recockulusly high... We don't buy it the euro's will... and that is how they maintain the price standard!!!

Sure, they are throwing us a bone right now, but it will be right back up by the end of September... Heating Oil Demand will Rise!!!

man, west des moines has the highest, and the lowest prices. 4.09 and 4.79

I bet the station selling diesel at 4.79 wont be able to sell off the rest of that tank when everyone else is .70 cheaper.

NW Houston diesel prices.

Today 8/20/08 Murphy,(wallmart) on TX hwy 6 $3.95
Chevron, and Valero, Tx 6 and Kieth Harrow $3.999
