I wish I even had the option to run it. Closest station is about 300 miles in the wrong direction.

Running bio, even as low as B5 (5%) reminds me of oiling a squeaky hinge.
Really quiets the engine down.
My local B20 was 14¢/gallon less than #2 last week.

What kind of mods do you have to make before using bio?

Does it void the warrenty or do any harm to the engine?

I know of a place 12 miles from my home that sells it. $1.99 sounds pretty good to me!

I've used 1/2 tank of B20 so far and it runs smoother and quieter little down on power in the higher rpm's could be my fuel filter starting to plug up though. Its also 12c a gallon cheaper

Cummins says not to use over 5% BD (B5) on a CRI engine, don't know how it would effect warranty if something went wrong.
Pre CRI engines can run on B100 with no modifications
CRI engines don't need mods either but should never exceed B50. The high pressures and temps the CRI generates cause the BD to become stringy (polymerize) and return fuel will rapidly clog your fuel filter. This doesn't happen with higher concentrations of diesel and depends on what the BD is made from, something most folks have no control over.

Next time I'm up that way I'm gonna see if I can't get a hold of a 55 gal drum and fill it up. I'm dying to try some of that stuff.

I buy from the Loves in Anna, Texas frequently. I'll have to look for the B20 pump the next time I'm in there.

BigBlue if you're in the Houston area stop by Houston Biodiesel near the George Bush Intercontinental airport. They have B99 and B100.
