Another Reason To Hate Ulsd

this article states that the reason the U.S. is now exporting so much diesel fuel, is that the new ulsd meets europe's (and most of the rest of the world's) strict requirements, while previously there was no world market for our higher sulphur content diesel fuel, keeping U.S. supplies high and prices low. so much for those who claim that we're only exporting high sulphur content diesel, that couldn't be sold in the U.S.

i like how we're told how supplies are so low, and that they (oil companies) are just trying to keep up with america's demand, and how much more it takes to crank out ulsd, but don't tell us that they're exporting millions of barrels overseas, while our prices near $5/gallon.

At this URL it shows crude oil and oil related products and how much we export every day. BTW this list does not show the amount of Bio that is exported every day to the EU. http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/dnav/pet/pe...0_mbblpd_m.htm
