This may be the wrong place to put this thread and if so I'm sorry. Been a while since I had a chance to check in. That said I miss this place. Anyway I have been hearing on satalite radio and other places about (HHO) or water to hydrogen fuel cells that claim up to 50% better fuel milelage and you make make them from home. They sell the books for abou $70 or you can buy a prebuilt kit for $1500-$2500.They claim this system works well and is safe. They also claim you can make them for less than a $100 from parts at local hardware stores. has anyone looked into this or done it? or is it just crap. Any help would be appreciated.
