To answer one of your questions on your vids, yes the blower motor will work in the swap. The fenders from 91-93 are all the same and you can take your fenders and grill off your 90 and bolt them on. I'm doing the same conversion/swap on my 73 crewcab. My roofline rust is worst that yours it. I scored a complete rust free roof and I am in the process of transferring that complete roofline over to my 73.
