77 crew cab on 92 extended cab frame

I have a 77 crew cab I need to fix the floor anyways so I figure I might as well modify it to fit my 92 extended cab long box frame I’ve already read countless posts on this site and others but I’m simply looking for some photos of the floor mods. Thanks!

I would probably raise the cab mounts a couple inches in order to minimize the channeling.
