Before '93 the 250 frame was a lot smaller cross section than the 1 ton frames. In '93 the diesel 250 got the 350 frame. See if you can start out with the bigger one.

I agree. The work there will include clearancing the aft part of the crew cab and fab up/relocate the rear cab mounts.

Hey Nick, that's alright, I haven't been around here much lately. Had to sell the house, fortunately it sold, and we're living on the inlaws property in a couple RVs until we find something else. So, there's no place to work on projects and the crew is buried under tarps until we have a new home! i did find out that I'll need some front bed frame mounts for the 90 bed on the 80 crew frame, found that out when I put it on for the move!
