Chevy conversion, 2wd to 4wd
 

I have been running my 96 CCLB SRW 1T (2wd) with a 93 Cummins and NV4500. The Cummins originally had a Getrag behind it, so I used the Advanced Adapters bell housing to retain the Sachs clutch etc.

I recently picked up a CCLB SRW 1T 4wd frame, and would like to swap everything over to make my truck 4wd. I have the 4wd NV4500 and 241 T-case already, but it looks like the clutch hydraulics for the AA bell will be in the way for the front driveshaft.

Would picking up a later (94 up) NV4500 Cummins adapter and bell housing allow me to retain my current 13" Sachs? I know I would probably need the fork and slave to match the bell. I have had good luck out of the 1st Gen Sachs, and recently installed a new one, the reason I am asking if I can retain it.
I do pull a fair bit, but the truck is an everyday driver, and I don't think I need to spring for a Con-O or anything like that. I have pulled my D5 Cat on occasion, and have had good luck out of the stock clutch. ( I take it easy, as it is probably way more than I need to pull, but it is only a few miles between my 2 places)

Anyone here know if the bell and adapter will work?

I am in the process of doing a 84 Chevy and if you have the dodge 241 transfer it drops on the drivers side Chevy drops on the passenger side there are many ways to get around this I was lucky enough to find a 205 transfer from behind a cummins and a getrag that dropped on the passenger side
