91 F350 Crew cab A/C questions

Hi there I am starting to gather the parts to swap over to a 12v nv4500 np241hd trans all from a dodge that I still have. I have seen the kits from "fordcummins.com" they seen good no pics of the mounts. I also put in a call to reliable diesel in Mesa, AZ. I have seen people talking about using differenct exhaust manifolds to avoid clearance issues with the A/C box any help I have searched and searched. my question is what are people using?

If you cannot clear the factory AC evaporator box you could remove it and install an after market evaporator. This is mounted totally inside above the heater plenum.

I'm not sure how much clearance you would have between the turbo and the a/c box. On my 01 F350 I had about 3/8" so I used a 3rd gen exhaust and turbo to get away from the box. Works fine. I have talked with a guy that's running twins and one of the turbos is right newxt to the box. he says his a/c works just fine and he lives here in Florida.

thanks for the response what motor mounts did you use Lews930? I am thinking about using reliable diesel mounts or the ford cummins ones, the reliable diesel place says that they have used the factory dodge rad and intercooler which is what I prefer, and ford cummins says to use the ford 31" Rad

I'm using the Autoworld mounts. I've never heard of reliable diesel so I cant comment. I havr heard less then good things about Fordcummins but it was on the fit of the adapter plates. I wouldnt think that you get into too much trouble with motor mounts. I'm not sure what products Reliable of Fordcummins offer. Autoworld has everything and answers to all questions.

As for radiators I dont know since I used the stock ford one and i/c
