2000 Excursion V10 with an early 2003 Cummins Commonrail

Im getting ready to do a conversion on my 2000 Excursion using an early 2003 Cummins commonrail.
Pretty sure that I will buy my parts from Destroked but not ruling out fordcummins either.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice that they want to share?

Thanks! I have actually looked at that thread quite often. Theres some good info.

Does anyone know if destroked has a canadian dealer? Maybe I will just buy direct from them??
