No it fits fine, u have to move the motor mounts back in order to clear tohe oil pan. But its not to bad at all i kept the computer and harness and used the tone ring from the common rail built a bracket for the sensor and that will let ur tach work which will charge ur battery.

I just went with another 12 valve i had. The conversion had depleted my funds so i went another route but all is good im delivering a load with it now. Thanks for your help.
