What knid of T-Case is this?
A guy last year at our truck pulls had a special tranfer-case. It was a gasser Chevy and the announcer said like this..."he'll go 60ft and then it automatically shift into 4 wheel high." That truck did exactly that and out pulled everyone in the class. He coulda gone another 20-30ft but he stopped cause the judge told him to. So what was the transfer case? Also does anyone know how this works? FYI it was at the Lee County 4H Fair in IL. Thanks All!

Sounds like a US Gear or Gear Vendors underdrive installed between the t-case and tranny. The t-case itself, will stay engaged in 4 HI but the range box before the case can be shifted up or down under load.
