No, the 64mm is allowed in the Street stock, but not in work stock. They are going to keep full DHRA rules which state stock appearing for work stock and 2.8 for street stock.

I talked to Corey and from what we understoof they weren't. They might being a little Dodge down but don't be expecting their duramax, there is another competition we are guessing they are going to be at.

By laugh you mean the same sort of laugh one would do when an intercooler boot slides off @ 70 psi? Or is this a different laugh?

No your situation has just got to a pitiful state. I mean laugh as things aren't going to be as MWD won't be expecting a few things....
