ciped tires?

took 2nd place to a built 2.8 12v truck yesterday at elk river mn. it was set up for pulling only pretty much and hung 1800lbs on front in a 8400 street class. I spun easily in drive and he choked it off beating me by 4' so im curious how many areas let cut/ciped tires pull in a street class, mine were new 33-12.5s his were same size. wish i had ciped tires yesterday and would of mabye got him by at least 4'.

i was told by the guy in charge that i could run as normal with my rear blocked as he said they werent worrying about rules much as long as the hitch was under the 26",and said bring your blocks and its pretty much a run what ya brung pull. so i did and the one whining about it was a 2.8 super street truck with no bumper or roll pan,no reciever style hitch and cut tires.
in the pull off I spun in drive easy and he choked it though
