I know! Sorry! You would never guess that I would choose taking kids to the dentist over Hooters any day, huh? I am looking forward to making the right choice though

thanks

I've been through Nucla a few times and have fished Miramonte several times. I used to go through Ridgeway and check on some friends cabin every summer. Too bad his parents moved up there and runied my stop-over hot shower and soft bed stop.

Your right! Nucla is not exactly a vacation destination.

I was planning on a trip to Miramonte this summer, but with the price of diesel, I doubt if I'll make it to the Western Slopes. I may do good just to make it to Monument Lake or Lake City.

this is exacly right, unless you do want to hear anything all day. But have you guys seen anything about Gateway Canyons in Gateway Co. The guy the the discovery channel is building his own town, It is quiet a sight to see. If you guys are ever around it is a pretty neat thing to see. He has Motel, restraunt, muesum, employee apartments, horse riding ranch a few other building. Really somthing to see in a town of 200 people

if you really want to see, you can go to

www.gatewaycanyons.com

I live here and I still think that it is odd to have done this work in a town of 200 people
