A/C Wiring Update
Howdy ya'll. I found great wiring diagrams. At my work (Oreillys) we sell these little pre-paid time cards(1week, 1year, 4year) for subscribtions to www.eautorepair.net. At first I was sceptical but when I found out its run by none other than "Mitchell on Demand" I was all for it. The prices to pay by card on thier site are expensive. The pre-paid cards at Oreillys are only a few dollars for the week card and like 10 bux for a year. Any who Excellent resources.
***Progress on A/C***
I found the toggle switch this fool installed running to oneside of the low pressure switch spliced into the blue and orange wire. then he spliced another wire from the blue/white wire straight to the dark blue wire on the compressor. Im not quite sure he did this other than bypassing the A/C cycle switch which is like 50 bux. So maybe he was tryin to save money by being cheap and doing shoddy work. Im not sure. Welp back out to the dodge to see if i can find out what he did with the wiring up to and after the Cycle switch.

I found that he bypassed the cycle switch but went through the low pressure switch. I am now thinking that he did it because this switch is a pain to find if possible at all i have some numbers. It is called an Electric Tempurature cycle switch and has a capillary tube in the suction line/lowside. He just pull 2 of the wires off and ruind the switch weather it works or not i guess i wont know. Anyone know where i can find one or how i can replace it with one that will do the job for a still R-12 system?
Numbers on the part are: 56005783

This is what I have on my computer, this was through my local Dodge Dealer about 1 year ago.
I think it only had to come out of the Los Angeles warehouse.
Temp Sensing Switch P.N.#56005783 (mounted on H block) $64.88 (takes 1 day to get.)

The dealer can get it for you. The only problem with hotwiring it is that the evaporator can ice up.
Mine has iced up maybe only 2 or 3 times since I did mine and if it does all I have to do is turn it to vent for a few minuets and let it thaw out.
Of course the humidity has a lot to do with it.
The only problem my wife and daughter have with it is the inside of the cab gets down into the teens and they have to put on a jacket.
