Somebody screwed up putting 3:70's with an accert they weren't designed for high rpm operation like the older c15s. You don't have to convert one to a single turbo to make it a great motor. The bugs are all worked out of them. The best thing you can do to one is a PDI tuned ecm. That'll improve the fuel mileage phenominally. I used to think they were crap from cb talk and internet forums. After learning about them from guys who took the time to make them better I would not hesitate to own one myself. They're just as good as the older cats.
