diesel fuel leak

diesel fuel leak
heymen, ? , was running and when me and my driver finished the run ,we noticed that fuel was leaking from the fuel cap onto the tanks and dripping just below the tanks to the ground . I then traced it to the caps dripping out drop by drop , any thoughts
