Az Diesel gathering
Now that everyone finally stepped up, got together, and rubbed shoulders, I think it's only fair that we rally together again and go to The Diesels in the Desert drags at Speedworld September 1st.
lol, once the smarty and intake are on, i wont have a problem stepping up, until then.... IDK. I was at the dyno say from about 11:30 to 1:00. I was the kid with the black truck, AC DC shirt and red hat.
Glad I made it to watch all you boys in action! Next time I'll bring a pie with me
and mod my "little" Sport 2500 some more so she's more worthy of the Dyno - it was great getting to meet some of you!

I'd like to come back up to Phoenix for the 1 Sept thing, that sounds fun.
Thank You, very much, to all those involved in putting this event on. I had a great time & enjoyed meeting many of you.
So far, this has been the most successful event we've had. The others were definately a good time but, this one drew a LOT of people. I think the secret is having something to do or watch (the dyno).
I was surprised that this thing lasted as late as it did. The last truck rolled off the dyno at about 6:50 PM. Not bad when is started at 10:00 AM. No breaks, either.
The hot dogs, brats & cornbread were great, also. Thanks to those that provided the food & grills.
One guy "Short Shift" drove all the way from the Long Beach, CA. area. Got to talk to him, also. Everyone was really nice, too.
Can't wait til the next event. Thanks, again.

Yep, was a fun little trip! You locals there in Az have some nice trucks for sure and I had a lot of fun meeting & chatting with you while the rollers were a-spinnin'. Have to agree with an earlier post on how well mannered everyone was and hope to be able to it again sometime.. And no pie! That hat is already a 10Hp advantage
Thanks! Phil

Hes ranting about what J-Body said earlier about writing down the VIN numbers to all the new trucks still in warranty so he can report them...me being one of em...Kinda hard to tell if he was joking or not but still thats a lame joke to begin with!
What possible good can it do him if you remove everything before you go in for warrany work? I'd simply say he doctored the footage... Unless the evidence is right in front of their noses, I don't think there is much they can do about it....
I thought it was pretty funny.
I also thought it was quite obvious he was kidding. Guess not.
Think about it...if someone was really there for "investigative" work, would he really post it up on this board after the fact.
