and when I bag the D60 thats in it and stick the super60 in, the 1550 joints in the axle shafts knock the turning radius down way more than the regular 60. and I will slide the 12v in it when I have to.

The cab is nice for sure, I miss the extra room of my F350, but overall I like my Dodge better. probably cause I have the fold flat floor and that was not available in the Ford in 03. I put an Edge juice platinum on it then kept blowing rear end clutch packs.

Congrats
I find the opposite of that in all our service trucks. they're all superduties. and weigh in around 12-14k in tow haul they are rock steady and hold gears way longer. and the engine braking is really good in tow haul too.

this 06 has a sort of fold up rear seats and then theres a steel shelf deal you flip out from under the seats to have a wide flat steel "floor" for stuff.

....and I will scab both diffs in from the big truck at some point. so I'ma not worried about hurting it. the rear D110 has a detroit truetrac in it already. no clutches. but I'll have to figure out the single wheel aspect of it first./

and the super60 turning radius is supernice with the 1550 axle shaft joints, and the fact that the balljoints are easily twice as big sure helps piece of mind too.

Here is a gaser/diesel conversion info link. I think that the transmission/converter/driveline is different.

Looks like a fun project. I'd like to do 12 valve swap, but I don't have a shop at home and no one wants to pay full shop rate at work to have it done.
