Hah, not yet, but working on it. That first intake we used on Trev's truck came from source. The real problem occurred when we put on that monster 6in inlet air filter. The source primary bracket isn't that great of design, looks great, but like stated earlier way to close to the engine.

Brett, you guys get the transmission fixed up? Would be cool to get more than a few miles on those twins. I've been looking forward to getting my truck running again.

Mine it quite tight as well, the biggest issue is being able to pull the filter from under the truck and install it. Takes me about 10 min of cursing and Steve about 2 min haha. My intake pipe uses a straight boot and the pipe has a 45 in it
Mine has the charge pipe up top, which I actually like

Lots of room with the battery & tray removed Brad!
It does look like your intake tube is touching the oil filter which is not great.
Perhaps you could trim the rubber boot on the lower turbo or perhaps a small clearance dent on the intake pipe.
The quality of your piping is really nice though.
I've always changed the oil filter from below.
If you let the truck sit for about an hour there will be no oil dripping when you spin off the filter. Or you can punch a hole in the bottom of the oil filter & let it drain prior to removal.
Fill up the new filter with oil & spin it on. I give it an extra crank with the oil filter wrench. I do have to jack up the front of my 2wd to get underneath.
It's the identical process I've used for of my previous Chevy V8's which also have vertically mounted oil filters. .
Actually less messier than my Fords which always seem to have horizontally mounted oil filters.

Is your turbo center section directly above the rear drain, or is it more rearward? It looks like your turbo is further to the rear than what it was in Jamie's truck. That, and the 4" pipe help alleviate that issue. With a 5" tight radius 90 degree bend, we still had to notch 2" out of the pipe to clear the oil filter. Thats with the bend cut right back to the beginning of the bend (no straight leg) and cut square. If we cut it on an angle, it might have helped a bit, but not much. It also looks like your turbo is further from the block. With the source mount, you can't fit your fingers between the compressor housing and the block. Forget using a race cover. Further out and more to the rear will definitely help oil filter clearance.

It's actually forward by about 1 1/2 - 2".
You can see were the intake pipe bolts to the battery box for support
I believe the primary is spaced away from the block about an 1" or so

Trans is all done, still need to put the interstage pipe back on, and build a new air filter pipe. Build some boost braces, and put the Fass / Hellman sump on. It is just on storage insurance now anyway, so no miles will be put on till Trevor comes back to get it.

Where is the mopac bag with all the clamps and the boot? It used to be on the welding bench, but can't find it now. I was hoping to put the interstage pipe back on today.
