If your buying new you should have the core? Its yours.

Lately, everyone has been charging for cores on new stuff. I've run into that for new turbos, just another sneaky way for upping the price on parts.

Problem solved.

Hi all, I thought I'd chime in and contribute. I had the same problem. Hanging voltage gauge on startup with overcharging of the passenger battery, and eventually the the system just kicking offline with a "check guages" light and the voltage needle dropping off to the left. My solution was cleaning the crossover cable where it was connected to the driver's battery terminal. Problem solved!
