Wow is all I have to say. The truck sounds better, it smells better(good old diesel smell), it responds better.
Hopefully the mileage is better, my trip to Calgary yesterday seems to have netted me another 50km to the tank. Only time will tell.

I have a 4" Flo Pro turbo back aluminazed exhaust installed. It took just over 3hrs to do.
I am running the H&S tuner on stock setting as the clutch wont handle much more then that.

Did you know that that on 3500 model trucks the emissions warranty is up at 80,000km? Just a little info. The dealership recommended I delete my truck. Which I was already doing.

As you have a manual trans I might suggest you pull the intake off and see how much carbon is blocking the heater grid, the manuals seem to attract more than the autos. My son with his 2011 3500 g56 3.73 gears consistently got around a 1000km per tank unloaded running on mild H&S mini maxx no timing or turbo, clutch is the weakest point though, SB3250 up next.

Thanks for the heads up, I am going to do a good cleaning of the turbo and intake.
I wish I could see 1000km a tank.
Wow does the truck respond so differently. real quick throttle, more low end power.
The stock clutch leaves lots to be desired. When the truck was stock I couldn't even pull 10,000lbs up hill or it started to slip. Dealership said it was to heavy of a trailer. LOL.

I towed 10,000 lbs and no problems with the clutch.
The only times I slipped and burned some clutch when I launched on 3rd like an idiot or when my buddy went from the stop light in 4th while towing. Idiot was too busy texting, I was too tired after a 5,000 mile trip to even get mad at him. Got a brand new complete stock clutch as a spare for when this one goes and no longer abusing mine now that I've seen it slip by my own doing.
So I use first gear when towing, I always double cluched anyway and I keep in mind my wallet when I tend to get carried away. That seemed to fix the clutch slipping problems.
