Do you have real 3 phase or are you using a phase converter. I seem to remember a problem with using a phase converter on older milling machines, just don't remember what exactly the results were.

I did a little reading and I was probably thinking of the old Rotary Phase converters and looks like you would be fine with a digital one.

good score Rob.

Just picked up a brown boggs 8' metal brake for cheap a couple weeks back. Hard to believe what people will sell old school quality tooling for, but yet you can't find a decent price on a new style disposable vehicle.

Shows a lot about the society, and its degree of cranial/rectal inversion.

Another good buy....

Watch that table, if you are using the software that comes with it. It had a tendency to glitch a bit, but once you fool the software the table itself is unbelievable. I used one several years back to cut some tribal/voodoo looking stuff out of 1/8 ms. neat for sure.

Nice. You have the file for doing disc brake conversion with chev calipers for the rear? I have a modification I'd like to perform to it, and a plasma table would do a real nice job I would think.
