Long bits and porting kit is on order, so we shall see. I'd say grinder is the way to go, and leave some meat for the mill to finish off, at least on the head you are keeping. I'll give you a call over the next bit, I may have to take you up on the head swap offer, maybe get the 24v done while I can.

Tate, you have a die grinder? I have a spare one laying somewhere if you need to borrow one. Like I said on the phone get a stone/cutter with a long shank so you can get into all the small spots. I bought some short napa cutters, they are just about good for nothing and do more damage than good.
