"Wavy" view in mirrors when in "wide" position on 2012 3500 C&C

"Wavy" view in mirrors when in "wide" position on 2012 3500 C&C

The view in the mirrors on my 2012 3500 C&C looks "wavy" when tipped up in the wide position. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this "normal" as the dealer suggests or are they defective?

Id say a defect. Mine are crystal clear with no distortion whatsoever.
