REN Media Center 430

I guess you can't get the 6 disc changer any longer.

Can someone educate me. With this option can you down load from pre-recorded CDs' (one at a time) from the truck's single CD changer songs directly to the hard drive and make program lists and replay from the 30 GB hard drive? If so, how many songs (hours) can you store?

I don't use MP3 only CDs' and liked my 08' 6 disc changer because I could play multiple CDs'.

I don't understand the 2010 3500 4 x 4 Media Center option I signed up for.

Thanks for the help.

30 gb hard drive should give you 5000 songs or so

Thanks DJ for the help.

Do you know if you can create program lists with a laptop into the Radio/CD head unit as well as using the radio/CD head unit?

Hate to admit it but once I was proud of my 8 tracks . . .

Truck arrives 12/10.

Guess I'll find out how it works in a couple of weeks.

I think it was second half of October.

I told them I wanted a fully loaded silver 3500 SLT 4 x 4 crew short bed equipped like my 2008. They took it from there. Asked them to call me when they see a delivery date.

Can you create the playlists? Store different playlist programs from what's loaded?

Yes they have the port on the right side of the radio under a cover.

I guess there is no way to load only one or two songs from a CD playing in the heasd unit, combine them into one separate playlist with other songs loaded the same way.

It's easy to copy to the head unit an entire CD.
