The fuel system in the newer trucks operates at pressures up to 1,800 bar, or approximately 26,000 psi, the same as it has been since the 6.7L Turbo Diesel launched in the 2007 trucks.

Thanks Larry, think some very important questions were answered tonight. Hopefully this might happen again some time in the future.

Again thanks for arranging this.

We really appreciate the fine people at Ram and Cummins for taking the time to answer our questions and concerns here in an open forum. That shows the great commitment you have to quality and Customer Satisfaction

Thanks for taking the time to be with us this evening
I second that. In the 10 years that Lary and I have run this site, this has never happened before. We are excited to have been able to offer a forum to build a relationship directly with the folks who make the engines and the truck. I hope that we can do this again soon. Thank you all so much for your participation.

My pleasure to have been able to help, I credit Ram and Cummins along with New Media Strategies for putting this together for us

This thread is now closed, I have agreed to add a few comments from the Engineers in the next couple of days as they wish to expand on a couple of the answers here.

Thank you all
